A. A City Enforcement Response Plan will be developed by the city in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 403.8 and submitted to the City Attorney for approval and certification. The city will implement the plan after receiving approval from the City Attorney.
B. The remedies provided for in this chapter are not exclusive. The city may take any, all, or any combination of these actions against a noncompliant user. Enforcement of pretreatment violations will be in accordance with the City of Canby's Enforcement Response Plan. However the city may take other action against any user when the circumstances warrant. Further, the city is empowered to take more than 1 enforcement action against any noncompliant user.
