If sampling performed by an industrial user indicates a violation, the industrial user shall notify the Public Works Director or designate within 24 hours of becoming aware of the violation. The user shall also resample and report the results within 30 days of becoming aware of violation pursuant to 40 C.F.R. 403.12(g)(2). Resampling must continue until it is evident that the discharge is within compliance.
