§ 13.08.130   License of sewer and septic tank worker.
   No person shall construct or attempt to construct a sewer connection within the city until he or she has first obtained a license as a sewer worker. No person shall engage in septic tank cleaning, construction or repair within the city until he or she has first obtained a license as a septic tank worker. State requirements for licensing shall be followed.
