Construction of private sanitary sewers within the city shall conform to these rules and regulations and to the Standards for Sanitary Sewer Construction in the city (construction standards), together with all amendments thereof or hereafter adopted. Copies of the construction standards are available at the office of the Superintendent of Public Works for viewing.
