A. Where a public sanitary sewer is not available, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the requirements of the Oregon State Department of Environmental Quality, the Plumbing Code of the State of Oregon and Clackamas County.
B. The owner shall operate and maintain the private sewage disposal facilities in a sanitary manner at all times and at no expense to the city.
C. The provisions of this section shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the requirements of general law.
