No person shall ride upon any street or sidewalk between the 1 hour after sunset and 1 hour before sunrise, unless the device or rider is equipped with lighting equipment, including a white light visible from a distance of 600 feet to the front of the device and a rear red reflector or light device visible from 600 feet to the rear when directly in front of a vehicle’s headlights.
