§ 12.04.160   Defacing or damaging street signs.
   Any person who maliciously, wantonly or wilfully destroys, defaces or damages in any manner any street sign shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $500. Any person acting as informer, in case of conviction under this section, is entitled to 1/2 of the fine imposed.
