§ 9.08.040   Penalty.
   A.   Violation of § 9.08.010 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500, imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
   B.   Violation of § 9.08.030 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.
