705.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall operate a billiard or pool hall is the Municipality without first obtaining an annual license for the same, which shall cost as follows:

(a) $10.00 per year for the first table in each establishment; and

(b) $5.00 per year for each additional table therein.
