The Mayor shall issue with each amusement device license an amusement device decal. The owner and exhibitor shall attach the decal to the amusement device subject to the amusement device license with which such decal was issued. The decal shall be attached to the amusement device on a clearly visible place as close as reasonably possible to the place provided for the insertion of the coin, token, slug or card.
