Each amusement device license shall be valid for only so long as the licensed amusement device is owned by the owner listed on such license, the exhibitor listed on such license is the exhibitor of the licensed amusement device and the licensed amusement device is located at the place of business listed on such license. Any amusement device license may be amended to reflect a change of exhibitor or place of business at which the amusement device licensed thereunder is located by the procedure set forth in Sections 701.03 and 701.04, for the application for and issuance of the amusement device license, except that the fee therefor shall be two dollars ($2.00). Each amusement device license shall be issued for the calendar year listed thereon or remaining part of such year and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31 of the year for which it is issued.
