(a) No minor under the age of eighteen years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or continually drive a motor vehicle upon the public streets, other public places or unsupervised places between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day, providing, however, that this section shall not apply to a minor accompanied by his parent, guardian or adult person having the care and custody of said minor, or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parent, guardian or adult person having the care and custody of said minor.
(b) The parent, guardian or person having the custody and control of any minor violating the provisions hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
