(a) Financial assistance may be available to property owners with sidewalks in connection with the sidewalk improvements program set forth in this chapter.
(b) The Director of Public Service and Finance Director are authorized to establish policies and procedures for the program.
(c) The financial assistance program shall be managed and overseen by the Director of Public Service and the Finance Director.
