(A) All property owners of real property of any kind located within the City who rent to tenants of houses, apartments, rooms, trailer parks, or other residential or commercial rental accommodations, shall file with the Tax Administrator a report showing the name, address, telephone number, and place of employment of each such tenant within thirty (30) days after a new tenant occupies said rental property.
(1) Within thirty (30) days after a tenant vacates such house, apartment, room, trailer park, or other residential or commercial rental property located within the City, the owner of such vacated rental property shall file with the Tax Administrator a report showing the date of vacation of said rental property by said tenant and identifying each such vacating tenant.
(2) Late filing or refusal by any property owner of rental property of any kind located within the City to submit such information as set forth in the paragraphs above will be punished by fines, as prescribed by Section 181.10(A)(5) of this Chapter.
