311.12 NOTICE TO OTHER OFFICIALS.

   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the Mayor shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   (a)    The head of the Municipal Police Authority;

   (b)    The Law Director/Solicitor;

   (c)    The Fire Chief; and

   (d)    The Director of the Department of Public Works.
