The prohibition on right turns at the intersection of High Street and Waterloo Street for vehicles weighing over 26,000 pounds set forth under Section 339.14 and the prohibition on vehicles with a gross weight rating of 26,000 pounds or more on Elm Street of the Code is hereby waived for City School Buses, City Vehicles and the Refuse Collection Vehicles officially contracted for services with the City.
