137.05 IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION PROGRAM.

The Identity Theft Prevention Program (Red Flag Program) as detailed in Exhibit A as attached to Ordinance 41-09 is hereby approved and adopted and the Village staff is hereby authorized and directed to implement the Program in accordance with its terms.
