(a) The following amended court costs shall be established for Mayor’s Court:

(b) Court Costs are defined as all of the costs listed in Section 1 when the magistrate assesses a fine plus costs when rendering judgment
(c) That pursuant to Ohio Traffic Rule 13, the following amended schedule of fines be established for the Traffic Violations Bureau of the Canal Winchester Mayor's Court:
(1) The Traffic Violations Bureau may accept appearance, waiver of trial, plea of guilty and payment of the fines and Court Costs (without the necessity of a court appearance) for the following payable offenses:

(d) All traffic tickets not listed in subsection (a) require a mandatory court appearance.
