185.13 FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PROMULGATE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Finance Director is hereby authorized to make rules and regulations to ensure enforcement and effectuate the provisions of this chapter. The rules and regulations will be on file in the Village Clerk's office.
