713.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Each day on which such activities are conducted in violation of this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 58-09. Passed 10-19-09.)
