Any person, firm or corporation who violates or fails to comply with a provision of this chapter shall be prosecuted within the limits provided by state and local laws. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. Violations shall be classified as misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in Section 501.99.
