1321.01 ADOPTION.

(a) The 2019 edition of the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings, including Appendices, is hereby adopted as the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings of Canal Winchester, Ohio.

(b) All fees shall be in accordance with the current adopted Combined Development Fee Schedule. (Ord. 19-033. Passed 6-17-19.)
