1129.06 ADOPTION OF STARK COUNTY STORM WATER MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS.

The Stark County Storm Water Management Regulations, in effect at the time of application, are adopted to have effect in the City of Canal Fulton. In the event of a conflict between Canal Fulton Ordinances and the Stark County Storm Water Management Regulations, the Stark County Storm Water Management Regulations shall govern.
