1114.05 DEDICATION IN LIEU OF FEES.

The acceptance of the dedication of land in lieu of fees will be on the recommendation of the Park Board and discretion of the Planning Commission with final approval of the Council. To override the recommendation by the Park Board and/or Planning Commission, the Legislative Authority will need a two-thirds vote.
