1101.01 TITLE.

The platting and minimum improvement requirements for the subdivision of land within the City of Canal Fulton, Ohio, in accordance with the adopted General Development Plan, including procedures for the application, administration, and penalties for the violation thereof, shall be known and referred to as SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF CANAL FULTON, OHIO.
