961.18 USE OF PARK FACILITIES; RECREATIONAL FIELDS/COURTS/FACILITIES.
   (a)   Park picnic pavilions, recreational fields/courts are available for public use on a first-come, first-served basis unless a reservation is made and permit is issued. The following applies to those who would like to reserve a pavilion or field/court or to those who interfere with the said reserved use.
   (b)   All permits must be obtained through the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board and/or the Utility Department. Residency & Non-Profit status will be determined and verified by the Parks and Recreation Board for the purpose of fee discount. The purpose of a park facility or athletic field/court permit is to guarantee the permit holders hold a reserved time, date and place for their activities and to maximize the availability of park facilities or fields/courts for all. No other person(s) shall use or interfere with the use of a facility or field/court that is being used by an authorized permit holder unless required for an emergency such as thunderstorm, lightning, wind, etc. Behavior and conduct prohibited by the regulations for the Canal Fulton Parks shall be considered a permit violation.
   (c)   Submission of proof of an attached liability insurance requirements may be required for use of the park facilities for events or recreational activities as determined by the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board. Execution of the release of claims is required by participants in the pavilion events or recreational activities as determined by the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board.
   (d)   The Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board (or the Utility Department Staff as directed by the Parks and Recreation Board) will issue all use permits to organizations and individuals with the appropriate fee.
   (e)   Residents & Non-profit organizations are required to provide the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board proof of resident/non-profit status for the purpose of fee discount.
