(a) No person shall conduct any organized or scheduled game of chance or other gambling activity except as authorized by the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board and in accordance with law.
(b) (1) No person having charge or control of or connected with any game or activity shall require persons witnessing such games or activity to pay any charge or admission to the Parks, to occupy seats in the grandstand, any shelter or other facility or field in the Parks unless such person is authorized to do so by the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board.
(2) However, nothing in this section shall prohibit the person in charge of such game or amusement from asking voluntary donations from persons witnessing such games or amusement provided said person first obtains written permission from the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board to collect said voluntary contributions.
(c) No persons shall rent, sell, solicit or offer for sale, have in his possession with the intent to rent or sell, or expose for rent or sale any item or service in any area of the Parks except concessions and other business activities authorized by the Canal Fulton Parks and Recreation Board.
