In areas where the City has applied for and received from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA ), federal grant moneys in accordance with Public Law 92-500 for certain wastewater collection and/or treatment works, an Industrial Cost Recovery (ICR) system shall be implemented and maintained. All industrial users shall be subject to ICR payments, in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR Part 35, Subpart E, specifically 40 CFR 35.928 and 35.935-15. (See Chapter 937.)
