925.07 SPECIAL CHARGES FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTES.

Any person who is connected to the City sewerage system who contributes wastes exceeding the standards of normal strength sewage as defined in Section 925.01(15) shall pay additional charges to cover the costs of handling those wastes in accordance with Sections 933.09 and 933.10.
