123.04 CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT UTILITY ACCOUNTS TO COUNTY AUDITOR.

The Clerk of Council shall certify to the County Auditor the names of those property owners in the Village whose premises are served by a connection to the Village water and sewer system and who are delinquent in their sewer and water rental account payments on or before the second Monday in September of each year.
