Any licensee of an amusement or musical device may transfer from one instrument or device to another, the registration sticker issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 711.04 However, application for such a transfer shall be made to the City and the application approved by the City and a record thereof made in the City office. There shall be a five dollar ($5.00) fee for the transfer provided for in this section.
