513.13 COUNTERFEIT CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

   (a)   No person shall knowingly possess any counterfeit controlled substance.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of possession of counterfeit controlled substances, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
