No person shall operate or ride, or cause to be operated or ridden, a skateboard upon the street or sidewalk within the Downtown Revitalization District of the City. The Downtown Revitalization District is that area of Canal Street between the VFW and Don Brown Chevrolet, and that area of Cherry Street between High Street and the Route 93 Bridge and that area of Market Street between the Library and the Feed Mill.
