373.11 LICENSING OF BICYCLES AND TRICYCLES.

(a) All bicycles and tricycles operated within the City shall be issued a license by the Police Department upon proper application registering ownership and upon payment of the licensing fee.

Such fee need not be renewed so long as the registered owner thereof is not changed.

(b) Failure to properly register any bicycle or tricycle operated within the City shall be punishable as set forth in this chapter.
