Should any business move from the City during the term of the Program Agreement or otherwise fail to meet the obligations under the terms of the agreement, the business shall reimburse the City an amount equal to the grants received. Failure to make the reimbursement to the City within thirty calendar days of moving or within fifteen days of notice of default given to the business by the City will require the business to pay a twenty-five percent late fee.
