The present Municipality, known as the City of Canal Fulton, Ohio, shall continue to be a body politic and corporate, under the name of the City of Canal Fulton, or the City of Canal Fulton, as the population requires, and with the same boundaries, with powers and authority to change its boundaries and annex other territory contiguous thereto in the same manner authorized by the general laws of Ohio.
