There is hereby levied an annual five dollars ($5.00) license tax under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4504.171 to take effect beginning in 2007 and that the revenue derived from said tax will be used for the purposes authorized pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171 including to supplement costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roads within the City.
