(a) All authorized users of City credit cards shall take all necessary precautions to keep the card and card number in a secure location and protected from misuse. When using a City credit card for internet purchases, users should make every attempt to ensure that the purchase site uses appropriate security features.
(b) Loss, theft or suspicious use of a City credit card shall be reported immediately to the Finance Director.
