Travel trailers, motor homes, pick-up campers, folding tent trailers, boats or boat trailers, cargo, horse or other similar trailers and similar recreational vehicles shall not be parked on streets or alleys in any district where residences are a permitted use for a period of time exceeding six hours. The storage of such equipment shall be subject to the following requirements:
(a) Such recreational equipment shall not be parked closer than ten feet from the nearest edge of an adjacent driveway of a neighboring premises.
(b) Such recreational equipment shall be removed from said street or alley after six hours and may not be relocated elsewhere near its former location.
