(a) There shall be established a Mayor's Court within the City pursuant to authority of Ohio R.C. Chapter 1905.
(b) The Mayor shall appoint a magistrate to hear cases properly brought under the Mayor's Court under Ohio R.C. 1905.05.
(c) Compensation for the Mayor's Court magistrate, clerk and other personnel of the Mayor's Court shall be determined by the legislative authority of the City.
