(a) Full-time employees may receive college tuition reimbursement up to $2,500.00 per year for college courses related to their employment upon the following schedule:

(b) In order to receive any reimbursement the employee must obtain the approval of their Supervisor and the City Manager. If an employee resigns voluntarily within two years of the completion of the course, the tuition reimbursement must be refunded to the City.
