(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for a first offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 1519.04(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a person may be convicted at the same trial or proceeding of a violation of Section 1519.04(f) and a violation of R.C. § 2917.11(B), or a substantially equivalent municipal ordinance, that constitutes the basis of the charge of the violation of Section 1519.04(f).
(c) Whoever violates Section 1519.04(g) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
