1180.02 ADMINISTRATION.

The Stark Soil and Water Conservation District, acting as the City's duly authorized representative, shall administer these regulations. Staff of the Stark SWCD shall be responsible for the determination of compliance with these regulations and shall, through the Stark SWCD Board of Supervisors, issue notices and orders as may be necessary.
