In the Light Industrial Zone, no building or premises shall be used nor any building or structure be hereafter erected, altered, or occupied except in compliance with all provisions of this Ordinance. A Light Industrial lot shall have direct access from a public road, or the frontage road or interior road serving more than one Light Industrial lot shall have direct access from a public road.
