139.05 VOTING.

The affairs of the Senior Citizens Commission shall be conducted as a group in session with two-thirds of the members present to constitute a quorum and a majority vote of those present would be sufficient for passage of motions and necessary legislation. The director of the Senior Center and the Mayor are ex-officio members with no voting power.
