(a) Minimum lot areas - 12,000 square feet with sanitary sewer.
(b) Minimum lot width at building line - 100 feet with City water and sewer.
(c) Minimum lot frontage - 100 feet, except cul-de-sac 50 feet.
(d) Or, as an option, the applicant may apply for a variable lot size development subject to the requirements in Subsection 126 of Section 1145.04.
