139.04 MEETINGS.

The Senior Citizens Commission shall hold meetings regularly at least once a month or more frequently as the agenda may dictate. Notice of the meetings shall be posted on the website for the City of Canal Fulton and in the Senior Center and its newsletter. Meetings shall be open to the public and minutes of the meetings shall be made available as a public record.
