1149.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provisions of this Zoning Ordinance or supplements or amendments thereto shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a first offense, and one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each subsequent offense.
