1149.07 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.
   When it is found that work has been done in compliance with the site plan and Zoning Code, the Zoning Inspector or Engineer shall cause to be issued a Certificate of Compliance indicating that the premises may be used as indicated on the Zoning Certificate, provided that permits and approvals pursuant to all other applicable local, County and State codes have been obtained.
