1149.06 STOP WORK ORDER.

If the Zoning Inspector or Engineer finds that work is being done contrary to the approved site plan or Zoning Code, a Stop Work Order shall be posted on the site. A copy of the Stop Work Order shall be sent Certified Mail to the developer with an explanation of why work was stopped. Work shall not resume until the Stop Work Order has been lifted by the Zoning Inspector or Engineer.
